Everything a Hong Kong office, shop or clinic needs to run a network that holds up — designed, installed and supported by one team, with a fixed quote before we start.
The same six steps whether you need one access point in a small office or a full building fit-out.
01
Survey before any quote
Every project starts with a walk-through, a floor plan and a channel scan, so access point positions and cable routes are decided with real numbers instead of guesswork.
02
Cabling done once, labelled properly
Cat6 or Cat6a runs through ceiling voids and trunking, terminated on a labelled patch panel and tested before handover. Port maps come with the invoice.
03
VLANs that match how you work
Staff, guest, CCTV and point-of-sale traffic separated on their own networks, so a busy guest network never slows down the till or the cameras.
04
Cameras and network on one plan
CCTV runs on the same documented network as everything else, with recording retention and remote viewing agreed up front and storage sized for it.
05
Support from the installing team
Monitoring, firmware updates and on-site fixes handled by the engineers who built the network, under a contract with a response time in writing.
06
Documentation you can hand to anyone
Rack layout, port map, VLAN plan, IP addresses and admin credentials delivered at handover, so you are never locked to us for basic changes.
The process
Survey, quote, install, document
We start with a walk-through of your space and a channel scan, then put the findings in writing: where access points go, how cables will be routed and what it will cost.
Installation is scheduled around your opening hours, and nothing is left open overnight. On the final day we test every run, label the patch panel and hand over documentation covering the rack layout, port map, VLAN plan and admin credentials.
Support starts the day after handover, with monitoring enabled on the controller and a named engineer who already knows your site.
Indicative pricing
Fixed quotes, no surprises
Final pricing depends on your floor plan and cable routes. These starting points cover a typical Hong Kong office or shop.
Home and small office
From HK$4,800/ one-time
For a flat, village house or small office that needs reliable coverage.
Either way works. Most clients let us supply the access points, switches and cameras so warranty, licensing and configuration stay in one place, but we will install equipment you already own if it fits the design.
Can cabling be installed without closing the office?
Yes. Ceiling and trunking work is usually done outside business hours, with the noisy stages scheduled for evenings or weekends. Network cutover is planned for a window you choose.
Do you charge for the site survey?
The survey is free within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and there is no obligation to proceed. You keep the findings either way.
What areas do you cover?
All of Hong Kong, with most work on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the major New Territories districts. Outlying islands are quoted individually because of travel time.
