History

How HK Unifi grew

  1. Founded in Kowloon

    One engineer, a van and a promise to survey every site before quoting. The first year was almost entirely small offices with unreliable Wi-Fi.

  2. Cabling and CCTV

    Clients kept asking who should run the cables and fit the cameras. We brought the work in-house so networks and cameras could be planned together.

  3. Managed support contracts

    Monitoring and scheduled maintenance turned one-off installs into long-term relationships, and gave clients a response time they could rely on.

  4. Today

    Four engineers looking after more than 500 sites around Hong Kong, from a single access point in a clinic to multi-floor offices with cabling, cameras and guest networks.

Standards and certifications

Our engineers are trained on Ubiquiti UniFi hardware and structured cabling practice. Every copper run is tested, labelled and documented before handover, and you receive the rack layout, port map, VLAN plan and admin credentials so the network is never locked to us.
